What We Offer

More Than Just Dancing

We're building a vibrant community where retirees stay active, make friends, and have real fun

Bachata Community

Bachata's one of the easiest dances to learn. Our community evenings start with basics and progress at a pace that works for everyone. Most people get comfortable within 4-6 weeks.

Salsa Energy

Salsa brings real energy and rhythm. We focus on partner connection, not complicated footwork. You'll feel the difference in your coordination and confidence fast.

Galway Retreats

Our signature retreats in Galway combine intensive dance training, coastal walks, and genuine connection. Three days of immersion in a beautiful setting with experienced instructors.

Educational Resources

We provide guides, video tutorials, and step breakdowns. Everything you need to learn at your own pace and understand the technique behind what you're doing.

Real Stories

What People Are Saying

Hear from retirees who've joined our community and transformed their leisure time

"I wasn't sure about it at first, honestly. But after the summer season my confidence got way better and now I actually look forward to Thursday nights. Made friends I wouldn't have met otherwise."

Rosemary

Dublin, 68

"The guides on bachata basics were brilliant. Took me maybe four weeks of socials but then it clicked. Now I'm one of the better dancers in my group which is wild considering I'd never danced before."

Sean

Cork, 72

"We went to the Galway retreat last spring. Wasn't expecting much but it was brilliant. Three days of dancing, walking along the coast, and connecting with people who get it. Booked for next year already."

Questions

Common Questions

Got questions? We've got answers. And if you don't see what you're looking for, get in touch.

Do I need dance experience to join?

Not at all. Most of our participants come with zero dance background. We start with the basics and move at a pace that works for everyone. That's the whole point.

What if I'm worried about injuries?

It's a fair concern. Dance is actually great for balance and coordination which helps prevent falls. Our instructors know how to modify movements and work around any physical limitations. Always let them know if you have any concerns.

How often should I attend socials?

That's completely up to you. Some people come weekly, others every other week. We're not strict about it. Come when you can and when you feel like dancing.

What's the cost to attend?

We've got different options depending on what you're interested in. Contact us and we'll explain all the details and what works for your situation.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. In fact, we love it when people bring friends. The more the merrier, and having someone you know there makes the first time less nerve-wracking.

How do I find events near me?

Get in touch with us and we'll point you to the socials and groups in your area. We run events across Dublin, Cork, Galway, and 12 other cities. There's definitely something near you.
